Allan Ho was instrumental in the process of buying our first new home. We were very nervous in trying to decide exactly what we wanted. Allen showed us several homes in the Tidewater region. His knowledge of the area when deciding on a school for our children and on the amenities of different homes helped us greatly in our decision making process. We gave Allan all the information we were looking for in a home, including how much distance we wanted to have from our neighbors and made our dream come true. I have heard real estate agents tell other people that they will not find everything they are looking for in a home, that is not true. Allan gave us the home with everything on our check list plus more. As our new home was being constructed, Allan continuously gave us updates on the process and even sent photos. He made every frustrating moment of being a first time home owner a breath of fresh air. There wasn't a question left unanswered. If he didn't know the answer, he would simply say, "I don't know but hold on let me call and find out". He has impeccable knowledge on the home buying process and to top it off, he didn't get frustrated about the multiple phone calls, emails or, text messages telling him we found another house that we wanted to check out, especially when we said, "Ok, this is the one" about the previous listing that we saw. In today's society, it is really hard to trust anyone selling you the most important asset of your life, your home, but Allan totally gained our confidence and respect.
