My husband and I never thought about buying our first house until we met Allan. He began informing us about types of loans available and searching for single family homes for us all over the place and that's when we realized we could definitely do it. We began our search around March of 2011 and closed on our first home in September of the same year. Allan was very patient the entire time and even took time to show us houses at night/ weekends/ after a long day of work. Etc. Anytime we needed or wanted to see a house he was there. He even helped us find a great home inspector and move our belongings into our new home! Overall, he was super helpful and friendly too.
